However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Handmade, leather, custom-designed, or made-to-order products may also have minor natural variations.

Such reasonable variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After an order is placed, OUTKAST AURA reserves the right to contact the customer for order verification when necessary.

We may cancel or refuse an order in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, unavailable products, incorrect customer information, or other legitimate circumstances.

If we cancel a paid order, any eligible amount paid will be refunded.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency available to you.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing, customization details, and other requested information.

Once production has started, custom or made-to-order products generally cannot be cancelled or modified.

Custom products are not eligible for return simply because of a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

This does not affect claims involving genuine defects, damage, or an error made by OUTKAST AURA.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times, charges, international delivery options, customs information, and other delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
